To keep projects running smoothly and make sure you get the best results, please review these guidelines before submitting your request.

1. Timelines & Deadlines

• Submit all design requests at least 10-12 business days before your desired deadline.

• Rush projects (less than 7 days) may be accepted with an additional fee.

2. Complete Project Details

• Please provide all text, images, logos, brand colors, and sizing info with your request.

• Incomplete submissions may delay your project start date.

3. Revisions & Approvals

• Each project includes 1 initial concept + 2 rounds of revisions.

• All approvals and revision requests must be in writing via email.

• Changes after final approval will be treated as a new project.

4. Communication & Response Time

• To stay on schedule, please respond to proofs within 2 business days.

• Projects paused due to no response may be rescheduled to the next available slot.

5. File Delivery & Ownership

• Final files are delivered after full payment is received.

• I reserve the right to showcase completed work in my portfolio or on social media, unless otherwise agreed.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

• Projects canceled after work has started are subject to a cancellation fee.

• Rush fees are non-refundable.
